due to the federal-state resolutions, we will shut down our services for now until March 7th.
The tickets you bought for all harbor- and light tours during the closing period will continue to be valid for an unlimited period of time.

All events in the abovementioned period are canceled.

Furthermore, on November 12th 2020 the Hamburg harbour birthday (Hafengeburtstag) that would have taken event on May 5th to 7th 2021 was cancelled by the Hamburg Economic Authority.
All customers who have booked an event will shortly receive an information letter from our shipping company explaining how to proceed.
If you’ve bought your tickets at a different provider e.g. www.eventim.de please contact them directly.
