Note on departure times

The departure times indicated are approximate and intended for general orientation. As we adjust our harbour tour schedule dynamically based on guest demand, slight variations may occur. During periods of high demand, departures may take place more frequently, or in some cases, with minor delays.

No prior registration or phone inquiry is required.
Our staff is available at all times at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken (Bridge 1) and will be happy to assist you. In addition, digital departure boards display the next departures in real time.

A ship is always ready. Simply drop by and come on board.

Our tickets are open tickets for the Hamburg harbor tour. They are not tied to a specific date and are valid for all one-hour tours on our barges and large passenger ships, offering you the greatest possible flexibility.

  • You can choose on site whether you would like to take the one-hour harbor tour on a barge or on a passenger ship.
  • The date and time selected during booking help you plan your visit and also serve as the basis for our cancellation policy (24 hours before departure).
  • Your ticket is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed once within this period, even at a later time.
  • If you wish to take the tour on a different day or at a different time, there is no need to email or call us.
    Simply bring your valid ticket to Landungsbrücken, Bridge 1, or visit one of our on-site ticket booths. Our staff will be happy to assist you and direct you to the next available ship.

St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, Brücke 1

Experience the flair of the Speicherstadt and the giants of the sea with romantic or modern barges and elegant saloon ships. We offer you year-round canal trips to the historic warehouse district and harbour tours to the major container ports. Our skippers will entertain you live with lots of character and up-to-date information.

With our entire fleet of rustic or modern harbour cruise barges as well as comfortable and spacious salon ships, we offer you the grand, one-hour harbour cruise of Hamburg through the harbour every day.

Whether on a barge through the historic warehouse district, the undisputed heart of our world port and to the large container terminals or with the comfortable salon ship first down the Elbe and through the various harbour basins with the huge container terminals – the Port of Hamburg with its many faces is always a great experience.

Tickets can also be purchased at the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken at Bridge 1 and Bridge 2, at our ticket pavilion on the promenade, as well as at Bridge 4 down by the water. Tickets are available on site up until the departure of the evening light tour.

Important note: People with disabilities receive a 50% discount on the ticket when presenting valid proof at the ticket counter.

Our passenger ships MS RIVER STAR and MS HAMBURG as well as our stern wheeler ship MS LOUISIANA STAR can be reached barrier-free via a gangway and have appropriate sanitary facilities. Due to the conditions on site, we cannot tell you in advance exactly at which times the above-mentioned ships will be used for the harbour tour (no fixed departure times). Our luxury launches as well as our traditional launch are not accessible without barriers.
