A large soused herring gourmet buffet with original Dutch soused herring awaits you on board our stern wheeler ship LOUISIANA STAR during our 3-hour beautiful Elbe and harbour cruise. We serve this with the traditional housewife sauce, honey-mustard-dill sauce, apple slices and cranberry cream. The whole thing is rounded off with fresh roast potatoes, boiled potatoes and green beans.
