- Everyone is welcome at the Museum of Illusions, including older people, people with pushchairs and people with disabilities. Access to the museum, the exhibition rooms and the toilets is therefore barrier-free. However, you may not have access to all exhibits if you have reduced mobility. Please also note that the exhibition offers hardly any seating.
- Our passenger ships RIVER STAR and HAMBURG as well as our paddle wheeler LOUISIANA STAR can be reached barrier-free via a gangway and have appropriate sanitary facilities. Due to the conditions on site, we cannot inform you in advance of the exact times at which the above-mentioned ships will be used for the harbour tour (no fixed departure times). Our luxury launches as well as our traditional launches are not barrier-free.
