Or you can choose the large passenger ship and cruise into one of the most modern container terminals in the world and experience the Port of Hamburg during the daily work with the giants of the seas.
Our harbour cruises are accompanied by live moderation from our on-board crew.

A beautiful evening trip to the historic and illuminated Speicherstadt and through the sea of lights of the Port of Hamburg. The route is tide-dependent (low and high tide in the Port of Hamburg), so our experienced skippers decide before or during the trip whether it is possible to pass through the canals of the historic Speicherstadt.

Our passenger ships MS RIVER STAR and MS HAMBURG as well as our stern wheeler ship MS LOUISIANA STAR can be reached barrier-free via a gangway and have appropriate sanitary facilities. Due to the conditions on site, we cannot tell you in advance exactly at which times the above-mentioned ships will be used for the harbour tour (no fixed departure times). Our luxury launches as well as our traditional launch are not accessible without barriers.

Yesterday, I took my children on the 2-hour XXL harbor tour and I'm still thrilled. It was absolutely fantastic! The tour was exciting, entertaining, and flew by. I especially loved the witty and interesting explanations about the harbor's history – we learned a lot while also having a good laugh. The tour was also perfect for children. Everything was very child-friendly, relaxed, and enjoyable. My children had a blast, and so did I. A huge thank you to the team at Rainer Abicht Elbreederei for this wonderful experience.
